Banaras Hindu University offers a four-year full-time BTech course at the undergraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to BHU BTech course must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) with English with a minimum 50% aggregate. Apart from the eligibility criteria mentioned here, candidates are also required to appear for the CUET-UG entrance exam to be eligible for BHU BTech admission 2023.

Eligibility for BA LLB:
A graduate degree in any field from a recognised university or college with a minimum grade point average of 50% or an equal CGPA score. Students from SC / ST / PWD domains are given a 5% discount.
Students studying in their last year of study can also apply for the course, although their acceptance will be contingent on their final grades.
