According to the NIFT Examination and Evaluation Policy, you can attend the 3rd semester if you have failed in one course in the 2nd semester. As per the guidelines, students are allowed to appear for follow-up in a maximum of two subjects in a single semester. You have to repeat the semester if you fail in three or more subjects in one semester. You can get further clarification from the examination department. However, failing in one course will not hamper your progress in the next semester if you pass the follow-up exam.

The fees of UG courses are estimated at around INR 50,000 t0 70,000. The college offers financial support to the students who cannot afford their studies but are capable of education. Hi there, the eligibility for the B Design Fashion is Pass with 90% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent or Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or UCEED or Under Graduate NID that (Prelims) or Under Graduate NIFT. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmir Migrants)
