I would suggest, you should do job as of now, you are pursuing Diploma in fashion designing, so doing B.Des would be a regular degree and would take time, and as you are doing Diploma in Fashion designing, you will automatically get job assistance.

Both are different streams. Fashion designing and Masters in psychology fashion designing has a graduation degree also and Master’s degree also and Masters in psychology is different stream, so it is upto you, which you want to choose, as both has great scope in their respective fields.
