Yes, having a bachelor's degree in BSc Fashion Design is not mandatory to get admission to MSc in Fashion Design. You just need to have a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognised university. However, a BSc in Fashion Design would have been the best choice as a base education for your MSc Fashion Design studies.

In my opinion, a master's degree will definitely increase your salary potential and higher job position because a master's programme teaches advanced design techniques along with business skills, and sustainability practices. With internship programs, project and fieldwork, etc., a master's degree helps students make stronger portfolios and are ready for leadership roles.
