Both are different fields.
First, you have to think in which field you are more passionate. If you like accounts and do more study in particular subject then choose CA. And if you are more creative then go with fashion designing. Think a lot then decide.

You should pursue a Bachelors or Masters in fashion design first. You can apply and pursue internship at some reputed fashion house, which will help you to get an edge over others when you apply for a job. You should gain some experience as an employee with some fashion brand for about 5-8 years if you wish to work independently later. In order to work as a designer for actors and actresses, you need to work hard and exhibit your work at bigger levels. Hence I have advised you to look out for reputed fashion brands to work with. Also, read some case studies of the big brand to understand how they made it big in the industry.

Salary is not a constraint for a creative candidate in fashion industry. Ability and skills are main factor for salary package. As a fresher one can earn 10,000-15,000 pm. The salary also depends with the company working with.
The salary earned by a fashion designer varies depending on the experience one has in the field of design along with the firm/ company that they work for. According to Naukri.com the average salary earned by a Fashion Designer is INR 4 LPA to 6 LPA.

You can apply for Bachelor in Fashion Design irrespective of the stream you have in your 10+2. However, you should complete your 10+2 from a recognised board of education like CBSE, ICSE or equivalent. Unfortunately, you cannot apply for MA in fashion designing course at Pearl Academy unless you have a 3 years work experience in fashion/textiles industry. Otherwise, a candidate who has pursued a Bachelors degree or Diploma in fashion or textile design with at least 2 years of experience in fashion/textiles industry is only eligible to apply.
