If you want to become a professional fashion designer, you need to pursue a degree in fashion designing. It would be better if you do complete a PG.
Good knowledge of the subject and field can be received when you choose a college with the internship programme.
Internship programme gives you better clarity about the field. So try to choose a college with internship programme.

Hi Rohtash,
You could pursue either a diploma course or certificate course on fashion designing in ITI College. But if you are more interested in fashion technology, then your options are reduced to only certificate courses.
All the best.

There are no good colleges in Vijayawada for fashion design. You may try for NIFT in Hyderabad.
