You could pursue either a diploma course or certificate course on fashion designing in ITI College. But if you are more interested in fashion technology, then your options are reduced to only certificate courses.

To get into any good college, you will have to appear for the entrance test .You need to give an entrance exam to get admission in NIFT. The basic eligibility criteria to pursue in National Institute of Fashion Technology is successfully completing 12th. Admissions are done on the basis of an entrance examination, i.e. CAT and GAT. After clearing, there is a situation test followed by a group discussion or counselling.

Both have equal scope.

Do you wish to pursue a course in Canada or you wish to get a job with your Indian diploma?

You can go for Bachelor's in designing and also, can go for Fine arts to improve your designing skills.

There are no good colleges in Vijayawada for fashion design. You may try for NIFT in Hyderabad.

Prepare for entrance exams for design exams, and follow the updates.
NIFT is a govt. college, there are other colleges too. look for fashion design courses in various colleges.
