Yes, Punjabi University, Patiala, even has a B.Voc. in Fashion Technology as well as a B.Voc. in Garment Designing. Such vocational degree programs are organised to give practical skills as well as industry relevant knowledge with several exit points (e.g. Diploma, Advanced Diploma). They are meant to make one more employable within the fashion business and apparel.

The syllabus of BSc at JD Institute of Fashion Technology is taught for three years and further bifurcated into six semesters. BSc is a undergaduate programme. The curriculum is designed to develop skills which usually cover subjects that are related to the opted specialisations.
