Yes. Seat allotment is done based on your merit rank, course preference, and campus availability at the time of FDDI counselling.

Yes, selected candidates are required to pay a non-refundable seat confirmation fee during FDDI counselling, which is later adjusted in tuition. The Counselling fees will be notified at the time of counselling.

Key documents for FDDI Counselling includes:

• AIST 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard

• Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates

• Graduation Certificate (for PG programmes)

• Photo ID (Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID)

• Category certificate (if applicable)

• Passport-size photographs

• Counselling call letter

FDDI counselling is usually conducted offline at designated campuses. You must report in person with required documents.

If your name appears in the merit list published by FDDI, you are eligible to participate in the counselling process of FDDI AIST. Counselling starts after the declaration of the FDDI Final Result.
