As per the NRF Report 2024, the median package offered during Fergusson College UG (3-year) placements in 2023 is INR 3.90 LPA. In 2022, this figure stood at INR 4 LPA. It had increased from INR 3.8 LPA which was the median package offered during college placements in 2021. It must be noted that this data is based on the placements for various UG (3-year) course, such as BA, BSc and BVoc. It isn't specific to BSc placement at Fergusson College.

At Fergusson College, Bsc admissions are based on merit. To pursue BSc courses, students should complete Class 12 in Science stream. For some specialisations, such as BSc in Mathematics and BSc in Computer Science, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, among other subjects in the stream of science.

Yes, admission is possible to the BSc Computer Science course at Fergusson College with 66% in the HSC board. The admission process is based on merit, which means that students with higher marks in their 10+2 examination are given preference. But, with 66% marks, you have a lesser chance of getting admission to the course.

You can do M.Sc in electronics science after B.Sc in computer science as the eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a B.Sc in any one from physics, computer science, information technology, mathematices, or electronics.
