Yes, the college has an active placement cell. During 2023 placements, a total of 236 students were placed in reputed companies such as Lupin Ltd., Deloitte, etc. Earlier, 18 students were placed during the 2022 drive. As per the official report, 329 students progressed towards higher education in 2023.

As per the NRF Report 2024, the median package offered during Fergusson College UG (3-year) placements in 2023 is INR 3.90 LPA. In 2022, this figure stood at INR 4 LPA. It had increased from INR 3.8 LPA which was the median package offered during college placements in 2021. It must be noted that this data is based on the placements for various UG (3-year) course, such as BA, BSc and BVoc. It isn't specific to BSc placement at Fergusson College.
