According to the placement reports of both universities, JSES offers B.A. (Hons.) and B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environment and Sustainable Development, while FLAME University offers MBA and MBA (Communications Management) programs. Therefore, the placements of these universities may vary depending on the courses, sectors, and roles that the students are interested in.

Based on the data from the year 2023, FLAME University has a higher average package of 9.15 LPA for MBA and 8.22 LPA for MBA (Communications Management) than JSES, which has an average package of 7.30 LPA for B.A. (Hons.) and B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environment and Sustainable Development.

However, the highest package of JSES is 20.5 LPA, which is higher than the highest package of FLAME University, which is 11.6 LPA.

Some of the top recruiters of JSES include American Express, HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank, Maruti Suzuki, etc., while some of the top recruiters of FLAME University include Adani Group, Asian Paints, EY, HDFC Bank, Jaro Education, etc.

The University has released its placement report for the academic year 2022-23. As per the report, the highest package offered to MBA and MBA (Communications Management) students during Flame University placements 2023 stood at INR 20.50 LPA and INR 11.60 LPA, respectively.

During the placement drive of 2023 at JGBS, the highest international package stood at INR 23 LPA. Some of the top recruiters includes ICICI Bank, Reliance, PVR, Faber, HDFC Bank and many Others.

So, yes JSLH offer better placements than FLAME University.
