FMGE Dates

The subsequent edit window from December 27 to December 30, 2024, was designated for rectifying deficiencies related to other documents, not for image corrections. 

As of today, February 6, 2025, the FMGE January 2025 exam has already been conducted on January 12, 2025. If you were unable to make the necessary corrections to your photograph before the exam, it could potentially affect the processing of your results.

The NBEMS will release FMGE 2025 result on the official notice. The authorities have released the FMGE December results 2025 on the official website at natboard (dot)edu (dot)in. The result for the December session will be declared on February 17, 2026.

 Applicants are advised to enter their login credentials while checking for the FMGE 2025 results.

NBE informs the candidates via emails stating the changes required in the documents uploaded at the time of filling the application form. As per the guideline of NBEMS, some candidates fail to upload their photographs, signatures, and/or thumb impressions as per the prescribed Image Upload Instructions. Such candidates are required to rectify the image (s) in their application form during the selective and final edit window. In case the candidate fails to make requisitie changes, then his/her FMGE application form is subject to rejection or the candidates will not be issued admit card for appearing in the exam. 

The specifications of the photograph are mentioned in the application brochure and website as well. Candidates can check and upload the photograph accordingly. Just remember that the passport-size picture must not be older than 6 months. The photo pasted on the admit card must be the same as uploaded on the website at the time of applying for the FMGE exam. 

Candidates need a valid email ID and mobile number for FMGE registration. Apart from email ID and mobile number, candidates have to provide his/her name, date of birth, nationality, gender for registration. After successful registration, a login ID and password is generate.

Process to FMGE registration are given below:

• Go to official website, nbe.edu.in
•  Select “FMGE”
• Under link sections, click on “New Registration”
•  Read the instructions carefully and select “Close”
• Enter details such as name, date of birth etc.
• Enter Captcha and Submit
•  User ID and password will be sent to registered email Id and password

No, FMGE registration is an online process. Those who wish to apply for this examination have to fill the application form in online mode only. Offline or any other mode of application will be rejected for FMGE 2025 session. FMGE registration process is underway for FMGE 2025. FMGE application process starts with registration, followed by filling details in the application form, uploading documents, paying exam fee etc. Those who apply successfully will be issue admit card. 

The FMGE December 2025 result will be declared online on February 17, 2026. The result will be released online in PDF form. It must be noted the result of particular session will be valid for that session only. Candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam.

The minimum cut off is 50% marks, i.e 150 out of 300. Qualified candidates will have to download the scorecard for FMGE 2025 from the official website on or after the specified date. NBE will issue a pass certificate to qualified candidates. The pass certificates can be collected from National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office.

FMGE 2025 exam will be held in two shifts. Morning shift will begin at 9 am and afternoon shift at 2 pm. According to FMGE 2025 exam pattern, FMGE 2025 question paper will comprise a total of 300 questions, divided into two parts. Students will be given 2 hour and 30 minutes to answer each part of FMGE question paper.
