If you select PCM + English, then there will no deduction of percentage but if you take fourth subject as physical education, then your total percentage may get deducted by 2 - 3%. So, choose 4th subject wisely.

Yes, you can study B.Sc in Microbial and Food Technology in MCM DAV College for Women with 67%, as the minimum eligibility criteria for admission in this course is that candidate must have passed his 10+2 examination in medical or non-medical stream from a recognized university.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc. (MFT) in MCM DAV College. Applicants who have passed +2 in Non-Medical/ Medical stream from any recognised board are eligible to apply for this course.

You have to appear for PSC (Public service commission) to get into the services for government job of the state where you want to do the job. Regarding jobs in private sector, you have to visit the company's website for vacancy.

It depend upon you what you want to choose both courses are good where your interest lies but according to me B.Tech in food technology is better scope you have a good no of vacancy in government dept for same.
Sorry but according to last year cutoff your selection chances are very less.
