Depends, B.Tech food technology is a professional undergraduate course of 4 years and B.Sc food technology is an undergraduate course of 3 years. B.Tech in food technology deals with the study of food science in various activities happened in food industry. B.Sc food technology deals with the scientific principle involved in the food production as well as preservation. 

However, the reputation of the job profile as well as salary package offer for a B.Tech food technology is better than B.Sc food technology.
