Hi,
No, you cannot get admission without counseling in any government college. You need to fill up the counseling form for admission. If you are taking admitted in private colleges then there is no requirement of counseling. You can get fees consecration with your marks in the Exam only in a private college and if it's help like it.

No direct admission for food technology is given, you have to sit for entrance exam and score 50% to get yourself admitted.
And you will be provided 10% scholarship for your 1st semester if you have scored >85% in your 12th board.

Yes, you're eligible to do M.Sc. , in life Science, but you need to choose a course carefully which is relatable to your undergraduate course. In India is possible to do a cross-major degree, and several private institutes accept this process. The food Science course syllabus is incorporated with the Life Science course subjects. So, you may select industrial biotechnology, food, or agri-related courses as your Master's degree. Hope this answer will helpful to you.

Cut off of Banaras Hindu University for M.Sc food technology changes every year. In recent years, the cut off range is given below.
For General - 155 marks - 170(can possibly be for 2020).
For OBC - 142-150 marks,
For SC - 79-85 marks,
For ST - 68-75 marks

Candidates must appear in CUET in any of the following subject combinations:
Combination I: Physics + Chemistry + Biology/Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry
OR
Combination II: Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics
Merit will be based on the best CUET score obtained from any of the above-mentioned combinations of subjects
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 30% score in any one language of List A in CUET.
