Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a doctoral-level course of a duration of three-year. In this course, apart from the coursework, candidates also have to submit a thesis at the end of the course. MDI Gurgaon offers FPM in two tracks: Residential and Non-Residential. Candidates are shortlisted for final selection based on scores in CAT/GMAT/GRE/UGC-JRF. Shortlisted candidates have to take part in the interview round.

Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur fees for Ex-FPM course is INR 11.3 lakh. For a detailed fee structure of the course, candidates are advised to contact the admission department of XLRI.

Apart from a full-time residential FPM course, XLRI also offers an Executive Fellow Programme in Management (Ex-FPM), a non-residential doctoral course. The course duration of both FPM and Ex-FPM is four years. XLRI admission to both these courses is based on valid XAT/UGC-JRF/NET/GMAT/GRE/GATE scores.

Candidates with BE / BTech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education, Class 12 or equivalent, followed by at least 2 years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply for XLRI FPM course. Admission to the FPM course is based on valid XAT/UGC-JRF/NET/GMAT/GRE/GATE scores.

In order to get admission for FPM course, the candidate have to meet the pre-defined course eligibility. A post graduate Degree of a University or equivalent with FIRST CLASS in the area of Engineering and Technology, Management, Economics, Social Science or Commerce will be considered for admission to the Fellow programme for the year 2024.
