No its tough that you get ME or ECE with the mentioned rank. The total fee is Rs.132000 for the new batch 2016. The cutoff JEE rank to get ECE or ME is below 50000. All the best.

With that rank its tough to get CSE but you may get EI or IC. The annual fee is Rs.1,32,000 for new batches 2016.For fee structure please refer to the link galgotia.edu.in. To get CSE in GEI you must have JEE rank below 40000 atleast.

Its tough and depends on the choice of your branch. Please refer to upsee.nic.in to check the closing rank of different colleges.For galgotias college the cut off rank for each branch differ. The lowest rank goes for instrumentation and control and its around 18000 general rank.From the site upsee.nic.in you can go to tab of closing rank to check closing of different colleges and sort the colleges as per your rank.

No. To take admission you must take the JEE or UPSEE exam and as per the rank seats will be allotted.

Yes but that counts under management seat and is costs extra other than college fees.For more information you have to visit the college in person
