There are a few colleges in Hyderabad, they offer Game development and animation courses. If you are keen into gaming I suggest "Backstagepass institute of gaming and technology", else if you are more into animation VFX and movie graphics "Pixeloid" is the best.

The gaming industry is one of the highly paid profession. The pay scale and growth in this industry depends on how well one can conceptualize and develop the programme. As a trainee, one is generally paid around Rs 7,000/- to 10,000/- per month. Within a short span of time, depending on the work, it may vary from anywhere between Rs.30, 000/- to 70,000/- per month. The gaming industry is very vast with major players from all over the world (I don't think I need to state their names) so it will be a very challenging and risky field. So buck up!
There are two parts in making a game, Game Design where you do all the character design, level design, art
