Yes, there are chances that candidates with 60% in their Class 12 can get admission to UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Gangtok. The institute does not mention any minimum percentage criteria for admissions to UG Diploma courses. However, this is not definite that candidates with 60% in their Class 12 can get admission to the UG Diploma course because the institute offers merit-based admissions and has a limited number of seats in the UG Diploma course.

The total tuition fee for UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Delhi ranges from INR 18,100 to INR 22,000. Additionally, the tuition fee for UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Gangtok ranges from INR 8,100 to INR 10,500. Hence, it clearly can be seen that NIELIT Gangtok is more affordable than NIELIT Delhi for UG Diploma courses. However, the fee structure can be only one component that candidates consider while comparing institutes, but several factors can be taken into account while choosing the best institute, such as placement packages, seats, ranking of that particular institute, affiliation, accreditation, etc.
