Yes, candidates can apply for student loans if they have applied for the West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme. According to the scheme, candidates apply for a loan of upto 10 Lacs at an interest rate of 4% per annum from the State Cooperative Bank and its affiliated Central Cooperative Banks and District Central Cooperative Banks and Public/ Private Sector Banks.
