No, the test centre once allotted in the GAT-B 2025 exam cannot be changed. Therefore, candidates are advised to select the exam centres carefully. The details of the specific GAT-B exam centre will be mentioned in the GAT-B 2025 admit card.

The GAT-B 2025 exam will be conducted on April 20, 2025 (10:00 am to 1:00 pm) online across various centres in India. Candidates appearing for the GAT-B exam must be aware of the GAT-B 2025 exam scheme/pattern, which is as follows -

National Testing Agency has released the GAT-B 2025 exam centres along with the official notification. Candidates filling the application form have to fill four exam centre preferences. Applicants have to select the preferred exam cities of GAT-B 2025 from the drop-down menu available in the registration login window. The GAT-B admit card will carry complete details of the GAT-B test centre. Candidates are advised to fill GAT-B exam centre carefully as NTA will not allow to change the exam centre preference after registration process.

No, The National Testing Agency does not allow candidates to change the GAT-B exam centre once the application form is submitted. Therefore, applicants are advised to fill the application form and exam centre options carefully before submitting. It is mandatory for candidates to select four cities of their choice while filling the GAT-B 2025 application form online. The exam centre preference once filled will be considered as final. The facility to change the exam centres will not be provided even at the time of correction period.

The National Testing Agency allots GAT-B exam centres based on the preference filled at the time of registration. Applicants must note that GAT-B 2025 exam centres will be allotted on a random basis. The exam centre once allocated will not be changed under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to fill GAT-B exam centre preference carefully at the time of filling form.

National Testing Agency mentions the GAT B exam cities in the official notification. The complete details of GAT B exam centres will be mentioned in the admit card. Successfully registered candidates will be able to download the GAT B admit card a few days before the commencement of the exam. The admit card will have all the details related to GAT B exam centres. Candidates will not be allowed to change in the GAT B exam centre after the submission of the application form.

No, NTA does not allow candidates to change their exam centres after issuing GAT B admit card 2025. Candidates have the option to select four exam centres while filling out the GAT-B 2025 application form. Making any changes in the exam centre will not be allowed even at the time of correction facility. Candidates are advised to arrive at the exam centre atleast 60 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

The National Testing Ageny has provided complete list of the GAT B exam centres in their information bulletin. Candidates are advised to go through all the instructions carefully. Here are the list of items that are allowed inside the exam centre -

  • Print copy of GAT B 2025 admit card
  • One passport size photograph (same as uploaded while filling the application form) for pasting on the specific space in the attendance sheet at the centre of the examination. 
  • Any one of the valid photo ID proof (School identity card/Aadhar card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Ration Card)

NTA has released the GAT B exam centres in the official notification. Applicants appearing in the exam are advised not to carry any restricted item inside the exam hall. The items restricted inside the GAT B exam centre are mentioned below.  

  • Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, calculators, docu pen, slide rules, log tables, and electronic watches. 
  • Items, such as instrument/geometry or pencil box/handbag, purse, or any kind of stationary or paper.

The National Testing Agency will release the GAT B 2025 admit card on the official website. The admit card will be issued only to those candidates who have successfully submitted the GAT B application form. Candidates can download the GAT B 2025 admit card from NTA website, using their application number and password. While appearing in the exam, candidates must carry their GAT B hall ticket along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. Applicants having any problem with photograph also need to carry two hard copies of the photo.
