GITAM GAT admit card can be downloaded by the eligible candidates only. The candidates who have submitted the application form successfully can download the admit card. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website by providing the login credentials.

The admit card will be available for download a few days prior to the exam date. The exact date of release of admit card is not announced yet. Candidates will be able to download their GAT PGT admit card 2025 by using the login credentials. No candidate will receive the admit card through email, fax and post.

Candidates should start preparing for GAT PGT 2025 as soon as possible to complete the syllabus in time and revise the study material as much as possible. Candidates should revise the study material, again and again, to keep the concept and theoretical knowledge on tips.

Candidates can start by gathering all related information related to the syllabus, exam patterns and guidelines and collect all the data related to it. Students can practice mock tests of the previous year's question papers and check them with the answer keys.

The maximum mark for the GAT (PG) is 200. Each question shall carry two marks and for each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted. Hence, candidates should mark the answer only when they are sure about it. Candidates must go through the patter properly.

A total of 100 questions will be asked in the exam wherein 40 questions will be asked from Quantitative Aptitude and 25 questions each from Reasoning and Verbal Ability and 10 questions from English.  Each correct answer is given 2 marks and for each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted. Candidates will get two hours to solve all the questions.

This M.Tech entrance examination GAT (PGT) 2025 will be conducted in online mode i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT) on March 29, 2025. The questions asked in the exam will be objective or Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each question with four answer choices.

GAT PGT is a 2-hour long exam with all objective type (multiple choice questions) questions. The candidates are expected to complete the exam within the allotted time. They will not be given any extra time to complete the exam. The candidates must practise completing the sample question papers within 2 hours, this will help them complete the actual exam on time.
