The GBPUAT exam pattern depends on the course. For UG courses, questions will be from Physics, Chemistry, Math/Biology, and Agriculture. All sections have equal marks. There is negative marking for wrong answers. For PG courses, questions will be from the subject you choose. The exam has objective-type questions. You must manage your time well to finish all questions in 3 hours.

The GBPUAT entrance exam is conducted once a year, in the month of February.
The exam is conducted to select candidates for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at the Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT).
