No, this time it is not possible at all, because if you consider the previous year's cutoff rank it was 778, so it is not at all possible to get a seat there with this rank.

It depend on number of seats available in the university. For around 500 seats it is tough to get seat in GBPUAT but there are chances some seats are left or you have chances as woman candidate. Also there are good engineering colleges you can try like LPU/ good private engineering colleges nearby.
