Q:   How to get access to the GBPUAT Hall Ticket?
A: 

Students need to complete their application process before the end date to be able to download the GBPUAT Admit Card. They need to use their login credentials to be able to download the hall ticket when it is released by the exam officials. It is mandatory to bring the GBPUAT Hall Ticket to the exam centre. 

Q:   What is the total score in GBPUAT?
A: 

There are a total of 200 MCQs in the GBPUAT exam. The exam consists of 600 marks. For every right answer, students get 3 marks, and for an incorrect answer, one mark is deducted. 

The Pantnagar entrance exam is of 3 hours, and the exam language is Hindi and English. 

Q:   What the expected date for GBPUAT Admit Card?
A: 

The GBPUAT 2026 Hall Ticket will be announced on the official portal online. The release date is expected in May. It is mandatory to bring it on the exam day. If there are errors in the hall ticket reach the exam official and correct it before exam.

You must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Math. You need at least 50 per cent marks. There may be an age limit. Full details will be in the brochure.

You need a bachelor's degree in the related subject. You must have the minimum marks set by the university. Some courses need an entrance test and an interview. An MBA may prefer work experience, but it is not compulsory.

Here's the basic idea of  eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Fisheries Science course:

Intermediate Science with Biology or equivalent examination with First Division followed by First Division in High School or equivalent examination.
Intermediate Science with Biology or equivalent examination with atleast 50% marks in High School or equivalent examination.
For In-service candidates nominated by Fisheries Department of Uttarakhand Govt. Intermediate Science or equivalent Examination with Biology with atleast 55% marks in both High School and Intermediate examination.

Candidates need to use thier registration number and their password or DOB to log in and download their admit card. It is a mandatory document to be carried on the day of GBPUAT Exam. No students is allowed to enter the examination hall without the entry ticket.

Once the exam is over for all UG, PG and Doctoral courses, the result is announced. Before the GBPUAT Result announcement, the answer key is released for the final evaluation of marks. The GBPUAT merit list is based on the GBPUAT exam marks. Higher marks mean a better rank. Reservation rules are also used. The list is published online and used for counselling.
