Gitarattan International Business School (GIBS) generally is stronger in placement than that of Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies (TIAS). GIBS also has a better brand position and industry interface, usually leading to placements in premium companies, especially in financial, marketing, and human resource sectors. The salary packages at GIBS are also relatively higher on average than at TIAS. TIAS also provides placement assistance, although its placement rate and the packages offered are more mediocre. Both institutes have a placement cell, but the overall placement record of GIBS is more fruitful.
