You should opt for CSE in GLA in collaboration with IBM. It will be a better choice and you will be exposed to better career avenues.

Government jobs are not dependent on any university or college as each of the government post has its own entrance exam. Hence, make sure your percentage is good so that you are eligible for almost all the entrance exams.

You're so right with your intuitions. The college provides average placements and have very strict rules to follow for four years. There's a compulsory dress code, hike in fees and it won't be easy to score for internals.

If you are still wanting to go for B.Tech and not getting any government college or good private college the GLA University is a good option for you. You can join this for further study in B.Tech.

If you still want to join B.Tech when you failed to get government college then GLA is one of the colleges you may join for B.Tech. It gives all the facilities that you want in a private college.
