Hi,
You can submit your NATA 2019 scorecards along with your 12th scorecard to the regional counseling center to get a rank list and can choose Goa College of Architecture during counseling for a government merit seat, if you are looking for a management seat then you can approach the college directly.

As far as I am aware, there are no All India Quota seats in Goa College of architecture. You need have domicile here, but there is a provision for relaxation of domicile period. You can still get admission though under Goan National seat (GN) if your parents/grandparents have been born in Goa.

Yes, provided your PCM aggregate is at least 50% and overall percentage at least 50% and you clear NATA. There are only 40 seats of which about 50% are reserved seats so you need a good percentage and NATA score to get in. To surely get in under a general seat, your state merit rank must be between INR. 1-25. In case of less number of applicants, reserved seats are deserved and you might get in even if your merit rank is 25+.
