BITS-Pilani is the main campus. The main campus is better in term of crowd, infrastructure, faculty, facilities. The BITS-Pilani is far from main city, so the study environment is great. Don't be confused, go for Pilani campus.

Goa, Chandigarh and Jaipur would be the best among the options provided by you. But based on your rank it would be difficult to get into them, thus is unless you have any reservation.

Depends on your post. But you can expect around 12k as staff and around 20k as management.

About the loan there are two process, Firstly you can go to banks like SBI, PNB or any other branch at your city and show the BITSAT score, they would process your loan after the procedure. Secondly, you can also ask for loan on the same day of admission at the BITS campus. The Bank associates are present there to help.
