You have very good percentage but cut off is change as per the year schedule so you should check on the Goa management site for more clarity as per the my knowledge cut off is 70percentilehttps://www.gim.ac.in/2017/money-matters.php

All are good but BITS Pilani is considered to be the best college in terms of placement, quality of education, good quality of faculty members and infrastructure also.

Hello Farooq, eligibility for GIM PG health management is a valid score in CAT, GMAT, CMAT exams only. 95+ cutoff in CAT, 99+ cutoff in CMAT have fair chances to get admission.
All the best for your future.

Their are 4 rounds :
*GD
*What
*PI round 1
*PI round 2 (Director of GIM takes this round)
*Final spot selection after you clear all rounds. Perks : The cutoff percentile is usually low as you just need to fulfill minimum criteria in CAT/CAT/CMAT/GMAT. For GD/What, the topic is same but we first need to discuss and then write it as a What topic under 15 minutes.
Good luck.
