The government college of engineering Amravati is not so good, as per my knowledge and research, if you want to save your crucial 4 years you should go to other good colleges, but it is completely my opinion and you can go according to your wish, it is just a suggestion from my side, the only thing that you will get is to prepare for UPSC and other exams, best of luck.

Hello Anushka Bhatkar, it's pretty late that I am seeing your query. Just for the record, I passed from government Engineering College, Amravati by taking Electrical Engineering branch and so obviously I have a bias. By now you must have taken admission somewhere already. So there is no point in giving my opinion. Just for the record, can you please let me know by way of comment as to where have you taken admission? Thanks. Best wishes to you.
