Based on the available data, with a NEET score of 497 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 221,201, securing a seat in a government medical college in Rajasthan under the 85% state quota appears challenging. Historically, the cutoff scores for government medical colleges in Rajasthan have been significantly higher.

For instance, in the 2024 admissions, the closing ranks and corresponding scores for various categories under the state quota were as follows:

Category Closing AIR Score

General (URB) 19,399 660

OBC (OBB) 20,060 659

EWS (EWB) 21,971 656

SC (SCB) 116,819 566

ST (STB) 134,219 553

Hello,

Admission to the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) program in the Government College of Pharmacy in Rohru is mainly based on the HPCET scores. However, cutoff marks are variable every year depending on the number of applicants and the difficulty of the exam and some historical data provides some insight. For example, during previous counseling, in the General category cutoff ranks were between 93.6% to 95.6%. These marks were indicated for informational purposes and may change from year to year.

hoping this would help, Good luck.

With 295 marks in NEET 2024, it's very hard to get admission in a government BAMS college, particularly under the All India Quota (AIQ), where the cutoffs in government Ayurvedic colleges are generally 400+ for General and 350+ for Reserved ones.

Admission to a government Ayurvedic college depends upon your NEET score, category, and state quota. If you have a NEET score of more than 400, then you will surely get a BAMS seat in a government college under the state quota. For AIQ, a higher (450+) score is usually needed. Reserved category applicants (OBC/SC/ST) will have slightly lower cutoffs. If your marks are less than 350, it is tough to get admission in a government college, yet you can try private Ayurvedic colleges or counseling rounds conducted by the state where cutoffs can dip in subsequent rounds. Look for updates on official state counseling websites.
