As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities (JSLH) is a part of O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), which is a private university located in Sonipat, Haryana, India. Indeed it is a good percentage but it depends upon which course are you willing to take up in Berampur as if it's engineering you'll have to give JEE Mains and score a rank to get admission for the same.

According to the data, I'm giving you some references. Check these points and then decide by yourself .1.As, Parul University is a private college the fee structure is much more higher than the Government colleges of Rajkot like around 5 lakhs.
2.You will definitely find a good infrastructure or campus there as it's a private college where as Government colleges doesn't have.
3. The number of courses offered in Parul University is around 52 whereas in Rajkot colleges it is only 9.
4. If we look at the placement scenario, For Parul University:the median salary - 3 lakh and highest salary -18 lakhFor Rajkot colleges:Average package there
