If your RRB Group D exam fee shows as unsuccessful but the amount is deducted, first wait 24–48 hours as banks sometimes take time to update the status. If it still shows unsuccessful, contact the RRB helpdesk with your registration details, transaction ID, and payment proof. Also, check your email or SMS for any updates from the bank or RRB.

No, you cannot change your caste category once the RRB Group D exam application is submitted and finalized. The caste and community details are verified during the document verification stage, and any discrepancy can lead to disqualification. If you have made an error in your category, you must wait until the next recruitment cycle to apply with correct details. Candidates are advised to carefully check all information during the application process. Providing false information regarding caste or reservation status can also invite legal consequences and a permanent ban from RRB exams.

Refunds for the RPF SI exam are processed by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) after the completion of the entire recruitment process. Candidates who appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT) and qualify for reimbursement will receive their refunds via the payment mode used during registration, usually within two to three months post-exam. It is essential to keep your bank details updated in the application form and check the official RRB portal for notifications. If delays occur, candidates can raise a query through the RRB helpdesk or grievance portal.
