RRB Group D exam qualifying score depends on category and cut-off marks set by Railway Recruitment Board. Generally, candidates need around 40% marks (35% for SC, ST, OBC) to qualify. Since there are no restrictions on being a student, you are welcome to apply for the Civil Services coaching programme offered by Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) while you are working toward your degree. You must, however, fulfill the prerequisites for UPSC preparation, which include being at least 21 years old by the Civil Services Exam year. There is no set age limit for the coaching itself.

SSC CGL 2026 Tier 1 result will be released at ssc.gov.in. The Commission will declare the Cutoff for all the categories and post groups. 

A 12th pass female aged 31 can apply for government jobs like postal assistant, clerical posts in state departments, Anganwadi supervisor, police constable (age-permitting), railway group C/D posts, and defence civilian jobs with relaxed age limits.
