A number of procedures are included in the allotment of seats for the LLB programme. After the attempt of MH CET, the result for the same is declared, and the counselling procedure begins. Candidates must apply for online registration and fill in the choice of colleges they are interested in while they are counseled. The applicant applying to the Government Law College, Mumbai, must have passed the Class 12 examination from any recognised board with at least an aggregate score of 50%. Yes, Government Law College, Mumbai offers a three-year LLB course. Admission to this programme is strictly on marks scored in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) followed by a counselling process. This is a full-time programme, which has approval by the Bar Council of India, allowing for the graduates to practice law when the programme is completed. BBA LLB at Government Law College, Indore is a 5 years course offered at the UG level. Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board to be eligible for admission for this course. 

Candidate who has passed the qualifying degree examination with 40 % marks in aggregate shall be eligible for admission in this course.

Candidates who seek reservation under SC/ST categories should have obtained 35% marks in aggregate and passed in the qualifying examination.

As far as I know there are not as such scholarship for UG courses at churgate but there are state policies which you can use fairly for your study with the help of scholarship
