It is usually not possible to get straight admission to the BLS LLB programme at Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai. For the BLS LLB course, the college uses a Centralised Admission Process (CAP), and admission is mostly determined by merit. Candidates must either take the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) or, depending on the category, be qualified based on their Class 12 grades. While students in the reserved group could have distinct qualifying requirements, general category students are chosen by GLC Mumbai based on merit.

One may expect admission to Government Law College, Mumbai, considering a minimum 45% aggregate percentage in 12th Standard (for general categories), while for reserved categories it remains 40%. With an aggregate percentage of 50% in 12th Std with science, you easily fit in that criterion. Since you are taking the MHT CET Law exam, the college accepts scores in MHT CET Law to take admissions to 5-year LLB programmes. Government Law College, Churchgate, accepts MHT CET Law entrance exam scores, followed by its counselling process for admission to the B.L.S. LL.B and Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) courses. During the last-round cutoff 2024, the MHT CET Law score was 99.61 for the General category students under the AI quota. For admission to the B.L.S. LL.B course, the MHT CET Law 2024 cutoff data is not available.

Yes, candidates with a 99 score in MHTCET Law exam can get admission for LLB specilisations. Considering the last-round, the cutoff 2024 for the GLC of Law (LL.B.) course stood at 99.61 for General AI category. However, the cutoff in the future is expected to decrease if going with the year-wise trend. The Last Round cutoff for 122 and 119 in 2022 and 2023, respectively, for the General AI category candidates. So, scoring 99 score would be sufficient to get into GLC Mumbai.
