After 10th Diploma: The total tuition fees for the 14 After 10th Diploma courses range from INR 8,750–31,000. 

Diploma in Information Technology Engineering: The total tuition fee for this 3-year course is INR 18,000, plus a one-time admission fee of INR 200. 

To confirm admission, you must pay the prescribed fees by demand draft (DD) in favor of “The Principal, Government Polytechnic Pune”. You can't pay by cash.

Government Polytechnic Pune is one of the leading diploma institutes in Maharashtra. The college is known for providing quality education to the students. As this is a government institute, it is difficult to get admission into an Engineering program. Most of us prepare and work hard to get into these types of institutes. The allowed number of intake for the Diploma in Civil Engineering is restricted to 120 only. There is a separate placement cell, which supports students in various placement-related activities.

Government Polytechnic Pune provides good placements to Diploma students, which includes the most well-known companies such as TCS, Tata Power, Forbes Marshal, Infosys India pvt LTD, Atlas Copco, and Cummins generators. The average salary offered by companies is INR 3.2 Lakh per annum also the highest salary offered is INR 5 LPA and the lowest is INR 2.4 LPA.

The eligibility criteria for admission to diploma in CE at Government Polytechnic, Pune, is that, student must pass the 10th exam by scoring 35%  in overall subjects (with Maths, Science and English as compulsory subjects) and must qualify for the diploma entrance exam by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.

Government Polytechnic Pune offers a 3 years Diploma in Computer Engineering course at the After 10th level. There are no entrance exams that are accepted by Government Polytechnic Pune for admission to the Diploma program. Only the high school (10th) CBSE scorecard is accepted by Government Polytechnic Pune for admission to the Diploma program.
