Hi,
To become an air hostess or any other member of the cabin crew, you need 6/6 eyesight and it is equally acceptable if your eyesight is correctable through contact lenses. So good news for your sister is she can become an airhostess even if she wear contact lenses. For assurance, you can visit various training institutes, and job advertisements, they say contact lenses are acceptable. Actually you may also be able to find some airlines that also allow their airhostesses to wear spectacles. However since she can wear contacts, she should have no problems so tell your sister she can achieve her dreams all the best.

There is no such course to become a ground staff. General graduation is enough to be a ground support staff. You should keep a track on the vacancy notifications as and when announced by various airlines from time to time. I'm sure many of those will fit as per your educational background.
