Down the line in about 5/6 years, you may be working for any reputed air career as a cabin crew in-charge, where you will be supervising the cabin crew on any national or international flight and will be the wholesale responsible for all the cabin attendants. This responsibility will also add to your pay and you may expect to earn INR 9-10 LPA. Apart from this you will get free passages for air travel across the network of your airline. As a fresher you can expect to centre aviation as a cabin crew member till the age of 27.

Generally speaking, the fees for PG Diploma in Aviation Studies from any institute ranges from INR 50,000 - 70,000.
You will, although, have to confirm the fee from the institution you are interested to enrol with because the fee varies from city to city for certain institutes.

Yes, the basic requirement for ground staff as per the guidelines by different airlines is having passed higher secondary in any stream from a recognized board. Apart from this, one should have good communication skills, good personality, adaptable to all weather conditions and can work for both shift day and night.
Age: Should be between 18 years and 29 years
Height: 152 cm and above
Weight: In proportion to the height but not less than 50kg.
These are general standards it may vary from airline to airline.
