The minimum educational requirement is usually 12th for any course related to ground staff or cabin crew. And as you've mentioned you've cleared your class 12 you can join the course.

-Physical requirements - Height for Air Hostesses - minimum of 157.5 cm and Flight Pursers 163 cm with proportionate weight. -Graduates is a compulstion for international airlines in the age group of 19-25 years for training. Preference is given to Degree or Diploma holders in Hotel Management/Tourism. -Female candidates from Home Science background, fulfilling other requirements, are also preferred. You are an MBA student and that means you already hold a Bachelor's degree. That is enough to allow you to qualify for ground jobs in aviation. Airlines keep coming up with vacancy notifications from time to time. So you need to look at the career page and see if you can get in.

B.Sc. Aviation is a ground course. It is a degree course which allows the students to get an insight of all the services and departments at an airport. The candidate learns about airport management, planning, fire fighting services, dangerous goods carriage, passengers footfall.
It has nothing to do with flying the aircraft. It prepares the students to become a part of the ground force.

Ground Staff in airlines are responsible for safe boarding and de-boarding of staff after the arrival of flight. They also take care of correct baggage to be uploaded on the correct flight. Timely departure and arrival of flights is a key responsibility of the ground staff. They play an important role in the Operations of flights on time. If you are not interested in pursuing any career with Civil Engineering you can do some ground courses from the following Institutes and find and opportunity for yourself in airlines.
