GSFC University Admission Process

GSFC University admissions begin with registration. Below are the step-wise admission process:

• Application- The admission process starts with filling GSFC University application form. Interested candidates can visit the official website of GSFC University to apply for the course of their choice along with making the fee payment of INR 350 for BTech and INR 500 for BSc, MSc, BBA and BCA course.
• Selection Process- For BSc, MSc, BBA and BCA course candidates need to clear ACT and fulfilment of the latest eligibility, i.e., class 12. However, for BTech programme, student need to clear JEE (Main)/GUJCE.
• Admission Confirmation- After completion of the selection rounds, the shortlisted candidates are called for verification of the documents. Aspirants need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university. 

1. Visit the official website of GFSC University and navigate to the admissions section.
2. Look for the specific page or section related to PGD admissions. This page will provide you with detailed information about the application process, eligibility criteria, and important dates.
3. Read the eligibility criteria carefully to ensure you meet the requirements for the PGD course you wish to apply for. This may include educational qualifications, minimum scores, and any other specific requirements.
4. Fill out the application form available on the website. Provide accurate and complete information as requested. Make sure to double-check the information before submitting the form.
5. Pay the application fee, if applicable, as per the instructions provided on the website. The fee amount and payment methods will be mentioned in the application guidelines.
6. Upload or submit any required documents as specified by the university. These may include educational transcripts, certificates, identification proof, and any other supporting documents.
7. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents either online through the application portal or by mailing them to the university's admissions office. Follow the instructions provided by the university for document submission.
8. Keep track of the application status and any further instructions provided by the university. They may communicate with you via email or through the application portal.
9. If shortlisted, you may be called for an interview or further selection process. Prepare for the interview or any other evaluation as required.
10. Once the selection process is completed, the university will notify you about the admission decision. If selected, follow the instructions provided to complete the admission formalities and secure your seat in the PGD course.

Graduates of any stream with minimum 50% in qualifying exam of a University. Candidates awaiting results of final examination are eligible to apply.Fees for the course is INR 1,09,000 P.A.

For State Quota Seats: The state quota seats of the MBA Programs will be filled by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Govt. of Gujarat.

For Management Quota Seats: A candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/SEBC) • Seats (All out-of-the-state applications) will be filled from all Indian candidates (including Gujarat) on the basis of score in CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT in the corresponding year.

- Admission announcements for these seats will be posted on the University's website.

- Students who have not appeared in any of the above-stated entrance exams must not appear in any of the above-stated entrance exams to appear in GSFC University Management Aptitude Test (UMAT-GSFCU) and secure a minimum of 50 % marks.

- If seats are not filled under the specified category, vacant seats will be transferred to either of the category.
