Yes, MSU Baroda follows the Gujarat state government seat reservation policy. As per the guidelines, the university has reserved seats for SC/ST and other reserved category students. Also there are seats reserved for females and PwD students.

For pure academics and affordability, government and grant-in-aid colleges like HL College of Commerce are hard to beat. They charge very low fees and have highly experienced faculty with decades of teaching expertise. But, hotels like Ahmedabad University provides better infrastructural facilities, industry exposure, and international collaborations. Depends upon your preference whether you want to chose right institutes on the basis of fee or better infrastructure.
