The B.tech lateral admission at GGSIPU are based on lateral entrance test (LEBTECH) CET code no. 128. Hence you have to appear in LEBTECH entrance test first. The eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility criteria : Three-years diploma (completed) in any of the following branches of Engg./Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Diploma awarding institute/university/board recognized by AICTE:- Computer Engg; Automobile Engg; Chemical Engg, Civil Engg, Construction Engg, Electrical Engg, Electronics & Communication Engg etc.
Further GGSIPU is offering only B.Tech regular programs. Hence B.Tech Non regula

See when your rank is low, then only thing you can do it is to apply for it and wait & watch for the cutoff. Not every time but some time cutoff may go little low compared to last few years but it depends on various factors.

At this rank your admission in any good college in Delhi (due to 85-15% reservation quota) is not possible, so you should try Jaypee Noida or some other good college which can provide CSE seat.

Hi, Amity university does offer b.ed course but last year its affiliation with ggsipu was cancelled due to some reasons.

From my point view, JMI University is a best option for any Bachelor's degree, and the second option, one can opt for is GGSIPU. Rest you can compare the college with the college comparison tool:

Both universities are best you can go for any of them both have good infrastructure facilities placements etc but as we all know that DU is a govt university so you should go for it
