The following procedures outline how to pay you BTech fee at IPU after registering:

• Use the login information you obtained after registering at access you account on the IPU official website.
• On the home screen, select the Make Payment Option. 
• Depending on what works best for you, select an online or offline payment method. In the event that you select online payment option, a payment gateway will be opened, allowing you to use you debit/credit card, or net banking to complte the transaction. 
• You will need to download the bank challan from the website and pay at nay branch of the selcted bank if you select the offline payment option. 
• You will receive a payment confirmation message or receipt after completing the transaction; you should save this documnet for future use.  

For BTech Biotechnology, Lateral Entry to BTech Programs for Diploma Holders, and Lateral Entry to BTech Programs for BSc Graduates, the IPU CET 2024 will be held. From April 27, 2024, to May 12, 2024, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University administered the IPU CET 2024. Diploma holders and recent BSc graduates will take the IPU CET to apply for lateral entrance into the BTech program. Candidates must have earned at least a 55% in the Science stream during their 10+2 education, with physics, math, and chemistry required courses. In order to enroll in IPU's B.Tech program, prospective candidates must be eligible to take the JEE entrance exam. The exam for state universities is called the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET). The purpose of this exam is to grant admission.

At IP University, almost 90% of the students secure a job or an internship every year. The average package offered to the students is INR 12 LPA. The highest recorded package offered to an IP University B.Tech student was INR 45 LPA (Lakh Per Annum). This information is based on placement reports for the previous year (2022) since placement data for 2023 is likely not finalized yet. The placement rate for computer Science engineering (CSE) students at Indraprastha University (IPU) is generally good. In 2022-23, the institute achieved 94% placement for its CSE batch, with the highest package offered being INR 45 LPA and the average package being INR 12 LPA.
