Yes, GNDU follows the Bar Council of India (BCI) laid down rules for its BA LLB (Hons). The maximum age limit for General Category applicants is 20 years as of July 1st of the admission year. For candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC, ST, or OBC, a relaxation is allowed up to a maximum age of 22 years

Students can pay their GNDU BA LLB (Hons) semester fees online via the integrated student portal using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or UPI. If a candidate prefer to pay offline, they can generate a formal HDFC Bank Challan directly from their online student account dashboard, print that slip and complete a cash or draft transaction at any nearby physical HDFC bank branch.

Yes, a 100% refund of BA LLB (Hons) tuition fee is possible at GNDU, if a student's written request for withdrawal reaches the university 15 days or more before the officially notified closing date of admissions. The university will only deduct a minor processing amount as a handling fee.

GNDU's University School of Law has a total intake of 120 seats for the five-Year integrated BA LLB (Hons) course. Also, there are some additional seats outside the main campus, including 60 seats at the Jalandhar Regional Campus and 80 seats located at the Gurdaspur Regional Campus.

Yes, candidates can register on the admission portal even if their final result is awaited. However, candidates must make sure that their official detailed marks card and aggregate percentages are uploaded online during the document updation before the final merit lists are prepared. The final seat depends completely on candidate's Class 12 marks during counselling.

To apply for the GNDU BA LLB (Hons), General Category students must have passed their Class 12 Board exam with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks. For OBC category, the minimum eligibility requirement is 42%. Students coming from SC/ST categories need a minimum of 40% marks to apply in GNDU for BA LLB (Hons).
