Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) offer various campus facilities such as well-furnished and large classrooms with digital boards and 15 well-equipped computer labs with almost 700 PCs and high-speed internet. It has a very large library covering vast books, journals, and research materials. Sports facilities are grounds for football, hockey, volleyball, and indoor games. Yes, there is admission to the B.E./B.Tech programme in Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) without JEE Main. GTBIT accepts scores of both IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) and JEE Main for admission to its courses in engineering. If you have not attempted JEE Main, then you may attempt through IPU CET, provided you are able to pass the eligibility examination of passing 10+2 with 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology offers only BTech courses. The total tuition fee for BTech ranges around INR 4.1 Lakhs, depending on the specialisation in which the candidate is interested. Entrance for Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology for undergraduate (UG) B.Tech degree programs is done by passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, obtaining a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Admission is by performance in exams such as JEE Main or the IPU CET organized by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Applying is done through an online process on the GGSIPU website, and afterward, there is centralized counseling. For lateral entry into B.Tech, three-year engineering Diploma is needed. The majority of seats are reserved for Delhi candidates, and part-time courses are offered in a few branches.

Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) is a privately run technical institute founded in 1999 by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC). Although it is affiliated with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which is a government-run university, GTBIT is privately run and operated by DSGMC, a statutory welfare society. Last year's cutoff rank for Sikh minority students at GTBIT were different between branches. For Computer Science and Engineering, the candidates with JEE Main ranks ranging from 1.5 to 2 Lacs got admission. The other branches such as IT and ECE had more cutoff ranks. GTBIT keeps 70% of seats reserved for Sikh minority candidates, providing them with a great advantage in admissions.
