To elaborate, candidates should visit the official NIELIT Guwahati website or that of conducting authority for the entrance examination they intend to take. The Cutoff information is usually available in the admission section which can be found by navigating through a particular website. In case the cutoff information is not readily available on the website, it is possible to contact directly with the admission office of NIELIT Guwahati. The most up to date information about cutoff scores can often be found with admission offices which are always ready to help the students who want to know about this aspect.

Being a self-governing institution, NIELIT Guwahati could have its own entrance requirements. I was unable to get any precise information on their acceptance of CUET scores, though.
For accurate and current information, it's recommended to visit the official website of NIELIT Guwahati or get in contact with them if you're interested in studying a programme there.
