For admission to undergraduate programs, candidates from outside Karnataka and foreign candidates must apply through the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). They have to appear for the Common Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by ICAR. Postgraduate candidates must appear for the ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA PG). PhD candidates can apply for UAS admissions through ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF.
