Hi,
I would suggest you to not to leave your nob because your job provides you guaranteed income. First, do some certification in nutrition and start with part time business with joining some nutrition company like Herbalife or any other. If you find that it is working then quit your job and start your own office. But, before this make your clients as maximum as possible.

No, you need to have a degree in nutrition to apply for Ph.D. You need to do Masters in nutrition and then you can do Ph.D in the same.
